eCommerce Health Supplement Company

A health supplement company had numerous high ranking blogs that converted well for many years. Their rankings plummeted after the Helpful Content & Core Updates of 2022. They wanted to regain previous ranking positions and increase organic traffic. Health related content must be FCC compliant, so they had to be very careful about what claims they made about their products. Work began in January of 2023.

E-E-A-T is very important for health related websites. This site had poor E-E-A-T, which likely accounted for their drops in ranking positions. To improve E-E-A-T we implemented the following:

  • Name the founder of the company to include a professional biography, credentials and mission statement on the About page.

  • Named the top employees along with their credentials on a Team page.

  • Acquire qualified blog authors and a medical reviewer for blogs posts.
